Tasting notes
Ruby in colour, this wine presents a pleasant aroma of fresh red fruits with subtle spicy nuances. On the palate, it is very elegant, with smooth tannins and a harmonious finish.

Grilled meats, Portuguese stew, duck rice, sausages.
Vinification
Manual harvesting in 15kg boxes. Selection of the bunches on a sorting mat followed by destemming and crushing. Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats.
