Tasting notes
Straw yellow in color, this wine has a complex aroma with citrus and mineral notes, surrounded by a light aroma of dried fruit. On the palate, it has a lively and fresh attack, with an emphasis on texture and volume, revealing a high gastronomic potential.

Food Pairing
Oven-roasted fish and cod, roast kid, soft cheeses.

Vinification
Manual harvest into chests of 15 kg. Manual selection on mat. After destemming and crushing, the grapes are sent to a pneumatic press where the must was separated from the skins, and then subject to static decantation for clarification. Fermentation occurred in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature.
