Atelier d'OR is the creative heart of Quinta da Pacheca, a living studio where art is shaped by the same landscape that shapes the wine.

Founded by sculptor and visual artist Óscar Rodrigues, born in the mountains of Trás-os-Montes, the atelier draws from the raw materials and quiet rhythms of the Douro Valley.

Wood from old vines, stone, wine as pigment. His work moves between chainsaw sculpture, painting, and site-specific pieces that belong to the territory as much as the terraces do.

Visitors are invited to step inside the creative process, through hands-on workshops, immersive experiences, or simply by witnessing an artist at work in the place that feeds his imagination.

Among his most distinctive creations are the Winearellas, painted exclusively with Pacheca wines, but the atelier's scope reaches far wider: from large-scale carved sculptures to bespoke commissions and collaborative art projects rooted in the identity of the Douro.

A space where creativity is not performed. It happens.
