Tasting notes
Straw yellow. Aroma of white-fleshed fruits wrapped in nuances of minerality and a slight toastiness. Good structure, with predominant fruit, enveloped by balanced acidity. Finishes long and persistent.

Grilled fish, Seafood, Sushi, Fish Cataplana.
Vinification
Manual harvest in 15 kg boxes. Manual selection on a sorting table. After destemming and crushing, the must is transferred to a pneumatic press where the juice is separated from the skins, followed by static settling for clarification and then fermentation at a controlled temperature.
Vineyards
Located in the Terras de Senhorim sub-region, between the Dão and Mondego rivers, planted
at altitudes between 400 and 500 meters in granite soils, with an average age of 30 years.
