TASTING NOTES
Aromas of ripe plum, wild berries, some spice, and dark chocolate. On the palate, it is a smooth, elegant, and well-balanced wine with a long and pleasant finish, supported by fine and silky tannins.

Food pairing
It pairs perfectly with strong aromas and flavours, such as stews, traditional lamb dishes, black pig and feather game.

Vinification
After a selection in the vineyard, a second selection was made on the sorting table and fermentation took place in stainless steel vats at a temperature of 25ºC.
