TASTING NOTES
A mix of lychees and ripe gooseberries. Smooth in the palate, has an exuberant freshness and an after taste with strong mineral notes.

Perfect pairing for sushi, sashimi, seafood or simple drunk next to the pool side.

Vinification
Fermented in stainless steel vats and matured “sur lies” with “batonnage”. Three months in bottle before its release.
