Tasting notes
Garnet in colour, this wine reveals great aromatic complexity, with notes of ripe black fruits, reminiscent of blackberries and plums, complemented by hints of spice and subtle balsamic nuances. Elegant and fresh on the palate, with delicate tannins characteristic of the grape variety. A harmonious wine with excellent gastronomic versatility.
Food Pairing
Ideal with oven-roasted cod, red meats, and game dishes.
Vinification
Hand-harvested in 15 kg crates, followed by bunch selection on a sorting table, destemming and crushing. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.
Aging
Aged for 28 months in French oak barrels.
