Tasting notes
Bright ruby color of medium intensity. Delicate and complex aroma, highlighting black cherry, ripe plum, fig, green tea, and spices. On the palate, it shows great elegance and breadth, with well-integrated ripe tannins and a long, fresh, and engaging finish.
Vinification
Manual harvest in 15 kg boxes. Manual selection on a sorting table. After destemming and crushing, vinification in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature, with maceration adapted to its characteristics.
Vineyards
30-year average, between 600 and 700 meters.
