Tasting notes
Pale straw in color, this wine presents a complex aroma with citrus and dried fruit notes, wrapped in a captivating minerality. On the palate, it is vibrant and fresh, with excellent volume well balanced by its acidity.

Vinification
Manual harvest in 15 kg boxes. Manual selection on a sorting table. After destemming and crushing, the must is sent to a pneumatic press where the juice is separated from the skins, followed by static decantation for clarification and then fermentation at a controlled temperature.
Vineyards
Vineyards located at the Sub-Region of Terras de Senhorim between the Dão and Mondego rivers, planted between 400 and 500m of altitude in granite soils.
