Vinification method
Located at Herdade do Moinho Branco in the Vidigueira sub-region, planted between 170m and 190m on mica schist soils, they are between 15 and 50 years old. After a selection in the vineyard, a second selection was made on the sorting table and fermentation took place in stainless steel vats at a temperature of 27ºC
