TASTING NOTES
Deep garnet in colour, this wine reveals aromas of black fruit jam, spice, tobacco notes and dark chocolate, forming an elegant and refined ensemble. On the palate, it is smooth, fresh, broad yet elegant and deep, with well-integrated tannins and a remarkably long finish.
Serving suggestions
Excellent pairing with roasted meats, cod dishes rich in olive oil, and blue cheeses.
Aging
Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels followed by 12 months in bottle.
