TASTING NOTES
Aromas of ripe plum, wild berries, hints of spice, and dark chocolate. On the palate, it is an enveloping, elegant, and well-balanced
wine, with a long and pleasant finish supported by fine, silky tannins.
Food pairing
Pairs well with duck rice, ‘Carne de Porco à Alentejana’, roasted eggplant with miso
and honey, and aged goat cheese.
Vinification
After an initial selection in the vineyard, a second selection was carried out on the sorting table. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 25ºC.
