TASTING NOTES
Citrine with golden hues, it reveals an aroma of great complexity and elegance, where notes of ripe tropical fruit blend with minerality and spice. On the palate, it shows remarkable balance, with lively acidity and a finish distinguished by elegance and minerality.

Vinification
After a selection in the vineyard, a second selection was carried out on the sorting table.

Aging
Aged for 6 months in barrel followed by 18 months in bottle.
