TASTING NOTES
Citrus color with some golden hues. On the nose, it reveals notes of ripe tropical fruit, tangerine peel, and an elegant, refined minerality. Structured, with striking freshness, it shows balance and a long, pleasant finish.

Food pairing
Fish stew, octopus salad, “Bacalhau à Brás”, green bean fritters, and Nisa cheese.

Vinification
Manual vinification. After an initial selection in the vineyard, a second selection was carried out on the sorting table.
