Tasting notes
Red Ruby with hints of violet colour. Aroma of red fruits, strawberries. Young, smooth and well balanced.

Vinification
Destemmed and crushed, traditional fermentation in stainless steel vats with extended, but soft, skin maceration. Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperatures.
Vineyards
The vineyards are located at the heart of Bairrada, in Anadia, between the Caramulo and Buçaco mountains at an elevation of about 50 meters above the sea level. The older vineyards were planted in 1972, followed by new plantations in 1999.
